PET SURRENDER

Heavenly Paws of Michigan is a Foster-Home Based Animal Rescue.

 

• Surrendered animals are fostered in loving homes until they are adopted. We have a comprehensive adoption process, which includes reference checks, vet checks and home visits.

• We require a $200 donation to cover a small part of the cost of a wellness evaluation, blood testing, alter surgery, required vaccinations, deworming and parasite testing. If you provide medical records showing that all medical care is up to date, the Surrender Fee will be waived; however, we welcome life saving donations!

• We are a no-kill Animal Rescue, which means we do not resort to euthanasia due to lack of space, and we do not discriminate due to age or medical condition(s).

• Our foster homes often include children, and other animals (dogs and cats), so please complete the Surrender Request Form as thoroughly as possible. Placement in the right foster home is critical to the wellbeing of the animal, and the success of our Foster Program.

• Once the completed Animal Surrender Request Form is reviewed, one of our Heavenly Paws representatives will be in touch if we have an open foster home available that satisfies the needs of your animal.
